People say that the tai chi form is liberating and fresh to perform, yet to me, It all looks the same - rehearsed, ordered, mechanical. What’s going on?

I keep hearing about this Tao business and nature and stuff. What’s the deal?

I READ THAT IN TAI CHI BREATHING CAN BE DONE THROUGH THE ABDOMEN, THE FEET, THE LUNGS OR THE SKIN. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MOUTH AND NOSE?
